Frequently Asked Questions
Can I request different flowers or foliage for my arbor/arch/floral pillars?
Absolutely!
While we’re unable to remove flowers already placed on our rental arches, we’re happy to enhance them with additional flowers in your custom color palette. Adding just 12–24 flowers to pieces like our floral pillars can completely transform their look!
Customizations come with a small additional fee, depending on the specifics of your request. We typically require at least 1–2 months of lead time for custom orders. This allows us to source florals in your desired palette and secure the high-quality, hyper-realistic botanicals we prefer, which can take time.
We’re continually expanding our rental collection, so feel free to email us to explore the possibilities.
If you’re looking for a completely custom-designed arch tailored specifically to your event, we’d love to discuss your vision! Contact us for a quote—please note that pricing for custom work starts at $2,500.
What areas do you serve?
Most of North Carolina! Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point and surrounding areas.
Please reach out if your venue is located further away and we will try to accommodate your location if possible.
Do you offer bouquets or centerpieces?
Not at this time. We specialize in large floral arches, arbors, and aisle meadows — dramatic pieces that create a stunning visual impact while offering significant cost savings and sustainability benefits. These items are typically used for ceremony decor, whereas smaller fresh-floral table arrangements are more often reserved for reception spaces.
Feel free to work with your florist for fresh floral centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, and other personal flowers. We’re happy to collaborate with your florist to ensure our high-quality rentals complement their fresh florals seamlessly. Since our collection features popular wedding flowers in trending color palettes, our pieces will effortlessly blend with any fresh arrangements you choose.
Can the arrangements be moved from ceremony to reception?
Yes! Our arches and urns can be moved by your day of coordinator. Our aisle flowers can be moved and placed around the reception space, sweetheart table, or on larger tables. (we do not recommend using them as centerpieces because they are too large and the backsides aren't as full as the front)
What are your payment options?
We offer a payment plan through Shop Pay where you can split your payment into four parts. Or you can pay the full amount up front. Either option will secure your rental date.
Do you build all of your rental pieces in house?
We build each of our pieces from the ground up, completely by hand— it's truly a labor of love!
Through our experience, we’ve found that many pre-made arches available online are of poor quality and lack a convincing, lifelike appearance.
We take great pride in creating every rental piece stem by stem, and we ensure our website features high-quality photos that showcase every detail. Our goal is for you to inspect our work up close and feel confident that on the day of your event, you’ll receive exactly what you envisioned—beautiful, high-quality pieces that match your expectations perfectly.
What if my florist has an exclusivity clause?
We've given this issue careful thought and have a few key points to share. First, we are a rental company, not a florist. (For example, if your wedding is featured online or in a magazine, we’d be credited as the rental provider, not the florist!) After consulting with many florists, we've learned that the "sole provider" clause typically applies to fresh flowers, aimed at preventing mismatched DIY centerpieces or flowers from outside sources that don’t align with the professional florist's design.
We focus on large-scale installations like arches and arbors, which many florists don’t offer due to the time, complexity, and stress involved in fresh flower installations. These large-scale designs require hours of setup, often in tight timeframes, and can limit a florist's ability to take on other weddings. Additionally, the labor and cost of fresh installations often make them less profitable.
We aim to collaborate with florists, not compete with them, and our goal is to build a reputation as an outstanding provider of luxury, realistic arches. We have deep respect for florists and the incredible work they do, and we believe in fostering a sense of community and mutual admiration in the wedding industry.
